IM&S R&F Operational Senior Buyer (Hindi Speaker)– Your future position?

As the IM&S R&F Operational Senior Buyer you will provide high quality procurement services, ensuring that SLAs and service obligations are met. In this exciting role you will report to R&F IM&S Team Lead.

Sounds interesting? On a daily basis, you can look forward to:

- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for indirect material & services categories.
- Lead negotiations for pricing, contract terms & supply agreements.
- Perform sourcing activities within the threshold limit.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and audit requirements.  Actively participate in streamlining procurement workflows and implementing new purchasing tools.
- Work closely with end users to understand their operational needs, provide procurement guidance and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Process purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
- Analyse departmental spending patterns to identify cost-savings opportunities and opportunities for vendors consolidation.
- Provide support to Junior buyers and handle quality nonconformities
- Manage AP workflow when it comes to invoice discrepancies.
- Any ad-hoc task when it is required
- Coordinate incident resolution & providing constant support.
- Contribute to the work of process harmonization & Identify opportunities for improvement.

Your professional profile includes:

- Professional experience: 5 years’ minimum relevant procurement experience
- Fluent in English and ability to speak fluently in Hindi (Ability to read and write would be an added advantage)
- Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.
