What is this role about?
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the store by providing friendly and efficient customer service, processing transactions accurately, and keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. The Store Crew helps ensure a positive customer experience while following company standards and safety procedures.

What will YOU do?

- Welcome customers and provide prompt, courteous assistance with product inquiries and purchases
- Process cash, card, and other approved payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain accurate cash handling and follow store procedures for transactions, refunds, and shift reconciliation
- Restock shelves, check product displays, and help ensure merchandise is properly labeled and presented
- Monitor product availability and report low stock, damaged goods, or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Keep the sales floor, counters, and other store areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company policies, store operating procedures, and health, safety, and security guidelines
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries and arranging products in designated storage areas
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor when needed
- Work collaboratively with the store team to support daily operations and meet service standards

What will YOU need?

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or retail experience is an advantage
- Basic numeracy and communication skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions and established procedures
