Position: Project Manager

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Job Responsibilies:

- Lead the planning, coordination, execution, control, and successful delivery of Data Center electrical and mechanical projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Prepare project progress reports, proposals, technical documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and recommend value engineering solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support seamless project execution.
- Mentor, coach, and lead project team members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support additional project and business initiatives as required.

## Show your expertise

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Data Center, mission-critical facilities, MEP/M&E construction, or related infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and project closeout.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, HVAC, fire protection, and building management systems.
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ability to develop and present technical proposals, progress reports, project documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, industry standards, and quality management requirements.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring, coaching, and managing project teams and subcontractors.
