Job Purpose:

Executive - System & Business Excellence supports the implementation of business excellence initiatives in wind turbine manufacturing, focusing on process improvement, compliance with ISO standards, and alignment with best practices. The role assists in maintaining ISO certifications, applies the Malcolm Baldrige and EFQM frameworks, contributes to risk management efforts, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement and training. Additionally, the role coordinates with the Head Office and other departments to ensure consistent application and reporting of business excellence initiatives.

Educational Background

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

- 3+ years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or quality management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Industry Knowledge

- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards, process management tools, continuous improvement practices, and employee engagement in quality initiatives.
