Requirement/Description:
Technical Skills
Integration & APIs

•
Strong experience with REST APIs, API integration, and service-to-service communication.

•
Experience with API Gateway and API management concepts.

•
Strong understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, and authorization.

•
Experience with API versioning, error handling, retries, timeouts, and resiliency patterns.

•
Exposure to OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other API security mechanisms.
Distributed Systems

•
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

•
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.

•
Understanding of event-driven architecture.
•
Knowledge of distributed transactions, eventual consistency, idempotency, fault tolerance, and service
discovery.

•
Experience designing systems for scalability, availability, and resilience.
Technology Stack

•
Strong experience with Java and/or Python for integration and backend services.

•
Understanding of React applications and frontend-to-backend integration.

•
Experience integrating Java and Python services with React-based applications.

•
Strong understanding of microservices and containerized applications is preferred.
Messaging & Event Streaming

•
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or equivalent messaging/event-streaming platforms.

•
Understanding of topics, partitions, consumer groups, offsets, and message delivery patterns.

•
Exposure to RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent technologies is an advantage.
Data & Integration
•
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.

•
Experience with data transformation and integration across different systems.

•
Understanding of structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, XML, Avro, etc.
DevOps & Observability

•
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.

•
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

•
Experience with application monitoring, logging, tracing, and troubleshooting distributed applications.

•
Familiarity with tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or equivalent is an advantage.
Domain Experience

•
Experience in Banking / Financial Services is preferred.
•
Experience working with enterprise-scale distributed applications is preferred.
Exposure to payments, transactions, customer/account systems, digital banking, or other financial
services platforms is an advantage.
Qualifications

•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

•
Ability to understand complex system dependencies and integration flows.

•
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6–8 years of relevant experience in Integration Engineering, Backend Engineering, or Distributed
Systems.
