Qualitätstechniker (m/w/d)

Im Zuge der Altersnachfolge haben wir demnächst nachfolgende Stelle im Werk Zwickau dauerhaft neu zu besetzen:

Qualitätstechniker (m/w/d)

Indirekter gewerblicher Mitarbeiter im Kontischichtbetrieb, 37,5 Std./Woche Vollzeit

Hauptaufgaben:

- Durchführung prozessbegleitender Prüfungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Produktaudits (Tear-Down-Analysen, QKZ, EKZ) bzw. Prozessaudits (OSI-Audit)
- Ggf. Öffnung und Dokumentation von Batterien (Tear-down-Analyse) aus der Fertigung zur Ermittlung und Bewertung möglicher Ausfallursachen sowie Fehlerabgrenzung
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Korrelationsanalysen und anderer Prüfungen
- Einordnung/Bewertung/Weiterverarbeitung fehlerverdächtiger Einheiten
- Beschaffung/Anlieferung von definierten Proben
- Mitarbeit bei der Begleitung von Musterbau und Nullserien vor Ort
- Vorschlagen/Erarbeiten von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
- Auswertung von Messreihen
- Umgang mit diverser Software (Infinity, Datenbanken, etc.)
- Unterstützung des Dokumentenmanagements im Bereich

Erforderliche Qualifikation:

- 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung (Qualitätsfachmann etc.) oder aufgrund mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Kenntnisse

Sonstige Anforderungen:

- Aufbau, Funktion und Fertigungsablauf sowie elektrische Funktionsweise von Bleistarterbatterien
- Durchführung von Produkt-/Prozessaudits
- Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
- Statistik
- Qualitätsmanagement
- Audits nach Regelwerk der Automobilindustrie
- Qualitätstechnik Q/QA der DGQ

·         Gute Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch

Vergütung:       Entgeltgruppe 5 gemäß ERA der sächsischen Metall- und Elektroindustrie
