As a quality management engineer, you will contribute to the proactive operation of the company’s quality management system so that it fully meets our customers’ expectations, contribute to their success, and guarantee “best-in-class” product quality.

Key responsibilities in your new role

- Preventív bejövő áru minőségbiztosítási és  minőségellenőrzési folyamatok működtetésével biztosítja a gyártófolyamatok specifikációnak megfelelő alapanyagokkal történő ellátását.
- Reaktív eltéréskezelés folyamatok működtetésével biztosítja a gyártófolyamatok akadálytalan alapanyag ellátását és megakadályozza a hiba újra előfordulását a beszállítókkal való aktív együttműködés révén.
- Támogató funkcióként hozzájárul a beszállítók
objektív kiértékeléséhez , a beszállítók  fejlesztéséhez , a beszállítói
specifikációk folyamatos fejlesztéséhez és az új vagy alternatív beszállítók
bevezetéséhez.
- By implementing preventive quality assurance and quality control processes for incoming goods, it ensures that manufacturing processes are supplied with raw materials that meet specifications.
- By operating reactive nonconformity management processes, it ensures an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to manufacturing processes and prevents the recurrence of defects through active collaboration with suppliers.
- As a support function, it contributes to the objective evaluation of suppliers, supplier development, the continuous improvement of supplier specifications, and the introduction of new or alternative suppliers.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Műszaki - mérnöki végzettség ;
- Beszállítói minőségügyi mérnöki munkakörben szerzett legalább 3 éves tapasztalat , minőségügyi mérnöki munkakörben szerzett legalább 5 éves tapsztalat;
- 8D problémamegoldó és az FMEA/RA módszertan magabiztos ismerete;
- Gyökérokelemző módszerek (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why) magabiztos ismerete;
- Statisztikai folyamat szabályozás (SPC) és mérőrendszer elemzés (MSA, GR&R) alapismeretek.
- Angol  és/vagy német nyelv legalább középfokú, aktív kommunikációs ismerete;
- Felhasználói szintű számítástechnikai ismeretek (MS Windows, MS WORD,MS OUTLOOK);
- Haladó MS Excel (Pivot táblák) és MS Powerpoint ismeretek.
- Degree in engineering;
- At least 3 years of experience in a supplier quality engineering role, and at least 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role;
- Proficient knowledge of the 8D problem-solving method and FMEA/RA methodologies;
- Proficient knowledge of root cause analysis methods (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why);
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA, GR&R);
- Active communication skills in English and/or German at least at an intermediate level;
- User-level computer skills (MS Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
