Job Description
- Responsible for driving every part of the trade settlement with local brokers
- Foreign Exchange execution request handling as per various types of client instructions
- Manage BAU operations with a strong emphasis on control, efficiency and process alignment
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the risk
- Provide accurate and valuable response to the client inquiries with sufficient knowledge of market information
- Outstanding transaction handling with client and counterparty
- Review client Service Level Agreement regularly
Qualifications
- Good command of Korean and English in both writing & speaking
- Good communication skills for internal and external clients
- Good understanding of overall banking transactions and operational policy and procedure
- Strong attention to details with accuracy
- Good process analysis and problem solving skills
- Strong Team Player with Customer Service oriented attitude
- Sufficient knowledge in various banking systems, policy, procedure and market information
- 7~8 years of Custody Business or banking operations experience
