About this role
## Mission
As a Business Impact Intern at Aily, you will work alongside our Industry team to drive meaningful outcomes for leading enterprise clients across sectors. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, strategy, and business, giving you real exposure to how enterprise AI creates measurable value in complex, high-stakes environments. You will support the Business Impact Leads in translating client challenges into AI-driven solutions, contributing to engagements, research, and internal initiatives that shape how Aily shows up in the market.
What You'll Do
You will be embedded in live client work, not observing, but contributing. That means helping account teams prepare for executive conversations, digging into business contexts to surface what actually matters, and building materials that make AI impact legible to senior stakeholders. You will also help document the evidence: adoption milestones, ROI stories, and the moments where the platform moved the needle.
Your Responsibilities
Adoption & Engagement
- Monitor platform usage across client accounts, tracking adoption metrics by module and user segment against agreed goals
- Identify drops or deviations in engagement, investigate root causes, and surface findings to the team
- Go beyond surface-level tracking — work with analytics data to draw meaningful insights and propose concrete actions to improve adoption
- Support the preparation of monthly impact updates: synthesizing usage and value data, coordinating with senior team members to gather inputs, and communicating outcomes to client stakeholders
Enablement & Upskilling
- Support the delivery of client upskilling sessions: prepare demos and slide decks, contribute ideas on formats and activities, and help design follow-up actions to sustain engagement
- Help identify and document barriers clients face when accessing or adopting platform features, and propose ways to address them
