Lead Generation Specialist (6 months)

About the role
Review and quality-check customer interactions handled by Lovepop’s Happiness team across the app and social media channels to ensure customers receive accurate, helpful, and consistent support that reflects the Lovepop experience.

Accountabilities

- Set up and manage automated email campaigns in Smartlead.

- Research potential retail partners and find relevant contacts.

- Keep lead lists accurate, verified, and organized.

- Track campaign results and suggest improvements.

- Coordinate with the sales team on interested leads.

- KPI:
- Qualified leads: 50 leads a month

- New customers: 10 New Customers a month

Qualifications

- Excellent written English, with the ability to create clear, engaging email content.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking, with close attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational, operational, and execution skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow tasks through to completion.

- Hands-on experience setting up and managing email campaigns using outreach platforms.

- Experience working with the US market.

- Familiarity with Smartlead or similar email outreach tools is a plus.
