Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator's primary role is managing the Open Purchase Order and Cost Management.

- He/she is expected to support an average of ~400 unique Purchase Requests per month.
- The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting procurement operations.
- In addition to purchase requisition processing, responsibilities include supplier coordination, order tracking, and new item creation/maintenance.
- Support warehouse operations when the need arises.

Requirements

- Min Diploma in relevant specialisation.
- 1-2 years of related experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable to work in cold-room environment occasionally (Jacket provided)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized.
- Ability to grasp general concepts of import/export regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
