About the team: CIBOX administers and supports enterprise CI/CD platform tools used by development teams across the organization, including Sonar, JFrog, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity and XL Deploy. The team handles onboarding, user queries, access and permission issues, troubleshooting, administrative tasks, upgrades, certificates, integrations and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

· Administer and support Sonar, JFrog, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity and XL Deploy.

· Support developers with onboarding, how-to queries, incidents and service requests.

· Troubleshoot build, deployment, scan, artifact, runner, agent, credential, access and integration issues.

· Manage users, repositories, permissions, credentials, certificates, tokens, webhooks and service accounts.

· Upgrade Jenkins and plugins, validate compatibility and support routine maintenance activities.

· Create and maintain runbooks, support guides, known-error articles and operational documentation.

· Automate repetitive administration and reporting tasks using scripts or workflow automation.

· Coordinate with development, infrastructure, security and network teams to resolve cross-platform issues.

Required Skills

· 5–7 years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps or developer platform support.

· Hands-on administration or support experience with Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog, Sonar, TeamCity, XL Deploy or similar tools.

· Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, builds, deployments, quality gates, artifact repositories, runners, agents and integrations.

· Strong troubleshooting skills for access, permissions, build failures, deployment failures, repository issues, plugin issues and connectivity problems.

· Experience handling incidents, requests, onboarding, change activities and production-grade support processes.

· Ability to script or automate routine tasks using Python, Shell, PowerShell or similar.

· Clear communication skills and a strong developer-support mindset.

Profile

Required Skills

· Experience in ITIL-based support environments with incident, change and problem management.
