Your role:
You will lead cloud platform capabilities for Global Web Services, with a primary focus on Azure-based identity (Azure B2C) and a small portfolio of supporting cloud services (eg a global redirect hub and website health services). You will own their evolution, reliability and governance, and proactively drive improvements that increase security, automation and operational efficiency.
- Own the roadmap, operation and governance for CIAM (Azure B2C) and a defined set of cloud platform services that support Global Web Services (e.g., redirect hub, site health checks, …).
- Develop and implement secure, scalable identity solutions (authentication, federation, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM) and ensure smooth integrations with product teams.
- Drive continuous improvement: identify opportunities, build business cases, implement automation (IaC, CI/CD), observability and resilience, and promote adoption across teams.
- Lead incident response and post‑incident reviews for the platform and owned services; coordinate remediation and communicate clear action plans to stakeholders.
- Provide concise governance and reporting: SLAs, health metrics, risk updates and roadmap status to product and IT leadership.
Who you are:
- Proven cloud/platform lead with strong hands‑on experience in Azure, especially Azure B2C / enterprise CIAM; familiarity with other cloud providers (AWS) is beneficial.
- Practical experience operating cloud services and owning their technical roadmap and reliability.
- Self‑starter who independently drives improvements and initiatives end‑to‑end, from proposal to delivery and adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication — able to translate technical risk and value to product owners and upper management.
- Fluent in English, outcomes‑focused and comfortable working in a product‑aligned environment.
