We are currently looking for a Social Events Coordinator to join our team in Vienna, Austria .

What will you be responsible for?

- Managing social events from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.

- Preparing proposals and quotations, while maintaining continuous client communication throughout the process.

- Conducting hotel site inspections and presenting event spaces and capacities.

- Supporting clients throughout the planning, execution, and post-event stages.

- Coordinating internally with F&B and Operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

- Overseeing event setups and ensuring the highest quality standards with strong attention to detail.

What are we looking for?

- Degree or studies in Tourism, Events, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and social event planning within hotels or premium event venues.

- Background in F&B, banqueting, or wedding planning will be highly valued.

- Commercial mindset, results-oriented approach, and excellent customer service skills.

- Advanced level of English and German. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
