About this role
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Systems placement student to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Engine Business Segment in Darlington, UK . During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry.
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer 2027 This position will be 100% onsite Monday to Friday, business hours, so we will only consider candidates who will be able to travel or relocate to the location.
- To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Studying towards a degree within Computer Science or Information Technology –
- Some experience in coding would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, coordination & leadership skills are required.
- A good understanding of computer systems, software and emerging technologies
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
