Deli Cook at LONDIS Circular Road Ballina

We are seeking a dedicated Deli Cook to join our team in the Fresh Food Department at LONDIS Circular Road Ballina. As a Deli Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes for our customers.

- Prepare and cook food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all food products
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist in monitoring inventory and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

- Previous experience in fresh food/deli department would be beneficial
- Knowledge in food safety, hygiene and HACCP would be beneficial
- Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
- Professional & polite manner is essential
