Project Lead - Design & Planning
- Single point of contact for all design coordination with architect and consultants
- Understand Client brief and end user requirements
- Bring industry best practices and share emerging trends
- Gap Analysis of designs from user’s requirements and highlighting same for improvements
- Ensure design schedule is adhering to planned schedule.
- Receive and review tenders from Architects for issue to Procurement team.
- Monitoring whether construction measures relating to the building are in conformity with the design (GFC drawings) and the bills of quantities as well as standard rules
- Checking and comparison of architectural, structural, infrastructure and services drawings for inter compatibility
- Organizing design workshops with all stakeholders.
- Engage with all stakeholders
- Buildability reviews with respective teams.
- Checking and comparison of architectural, structural, infrastructure and services drawings for inter compatibility.
- Review with norms and standards as applicable.
- Coordinate with green building consultant s as required
An active practitioner
You have a Bachelor degree in architectural /NICMAR along with work experience of more than 10+ years spent on design, construction or project management. You should also be well-versed in design management.

A business expert with administrative skills
You should know how to win new clients in domestic circuits. Having a know-how of design contracts, commercial negotiations, market analyses and marketing processes will also be crucial to this role. To up your game as a design manager, you’ll need a strong technical background and expertise in MS Excel, MS Word and/ presentation skillor other scheduling software. Familiarity with AutoCAD gives you the competitive edge.
