About this role
In der vielseitigen Rolle als Assistant Marketing & Sales unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst mit deinem Organisationstalent dafür, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
Du bist strukturiert und vorausschauend, setzt die richtigen Prioritäten und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen den Überblick - dann suchen wir DICH!
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei der Unternehmensorganisation und koordinierst administrative Aufgaben.
- Du übernimmst die Reise- und Terminkoordination für die Geschäftsführung.
- Du organisierst interne und externe Meetings sowie größere Veranstaltungen und Tagungen, z. B. unsere Jahrestagung mit mehr als 100 Teilnehmenden.
- Du unterstützt bei projektbezogenen Aufgaben und übernimmst deren eigenständige Umsetzung.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Übersetzungen mit.
- Du unterstützt im Einkaufsprozess und übernimmst die Vertretung unserer Marketing & Sales Koordinatoren.
- In Vertretung kümmerst du dich auch um das Office Management für unser Münchner Büro.

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Assistenz einer Geschäftsführung mit.
- Du überzeugst durch ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement sowie starke Kommunikations-, Priorisierungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Du kommunizierst professionell und sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse und bist insbesondere im Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel sicher.
- Eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus.
- Du hast Freude an administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
