This is a role where your writing shapes how the world meets our technology, from the first LinkedIn post to the in-depth white paper.Making Future Reality together - are you in?<h2>Tasks</h2>What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Write: Craft articles, newsletters, product texts, and white papers for different B2B-audiences, always clear, interesting and on point </li><li>Own content end to end: Conceive, write, and guide every piece through to publication</li><li>Run our LinkedIn presence: Plan the editorial calendar, write, publish, look after the community </li><li>Research and ask: Dive into our technology, ask our engineers good questions and turn the answers into clear stories </li><li>Shape our voice: Keep tone, wording, and language guidelines consistent across all channels and be the go-to person for text</li><li>Think visually: Bring ideas for visuals that enhance your stories and posts and translate them into clear briefs for colleagues.</li><li>Use AI wisely: Embrace AI as a tool, but always apply critical thinking, creativity, and editorial expertise. Never settle for generic AI-generated content.</li><li>Prioritize: Keep the overview across several projects and deadlines</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>What You Bring to the Team<ul><li>Outstanding writing: You write clearly, precisely and with style, with a fine ear for nuance and regional phrasing, and a flawless command of spelling and punctuation (proofreading is a joy, not a chore)</li><li>The skill to serve diverse audiences: You find the right tone, depth, and format for each target group, and keep the message intact along the way</li><li>Several years of proven experience as a writer or editor, ideally in an agency, publishing house, or in-house team</li><li>Curiosity for technology: You want to understand how things work and can explain complex topics simply and vividly</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media, ideally LinkedIn, basic knowledge of newsletter tools and content management systems, and confident, critical use of AI text tools</li><li>An eye for visuals: A good sense of impactful imagery and the ability to communicate visual ideas clearly</li><li>A structured, independent way of working with a cool head, plus joy in teamwork and creative sparring, high-quality standards and your own initiative </li><li>Writing samples that show your craft: an article that needed explaining, social posts derived from it, and examples of image selection or design briefings, each with a note on your own contribution</li><li>Fluent German and English, with publication-ready writing in both</li></ul><h2> What’s extra?</h2><ul><li>Yearly public transport card (Vienna)</li><li>Workation within the EEA</li><li>Dog-friendly offices</li><li>“Inspire Days” – time to learn and recharge</li><li>A front-row seat to how a deep-tech hardware product gets built, from PCB to shipped device</li><li>International team where your impact is visible every day</li></ul>As you know, due to the collective agreement (KV), we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is EUR €3.954 gross/month. But honestly, that’s just a baseline - we’re offering you a salary that truly reflects your skills and the value you bring.
