Job Title: SPIFF Developer
Key Responsibilities: -Manage data integrations and pipelines between Spiff, Salesforce CRM, and financial systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reconciliation.
Minimum Qualifications: -4+ years of hands-on experience configuring incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms like Salesforce Spiff, along with strong proficiency in Salesforce data structures.
