Join our Order Entry and Order Validation Lab in Warsaw, where you’ll collaborate across borders, tackle exciting challenges, and help shape the future of Medtronic’s operations. Primary responsibilities
- Manage and continually optimize the order entry process
- Prepare reports and trend analyses to recommend process and tool enhancements
- Organize and participate in regular and ad hoc meetings to present results and monitor action plans
- Collaborate with vendor to optimize performance and ensure top-quality customer service
- Work with diverse stakeholders to identify and implement innovations
- Seek best practices and synergies across Western European markets
- Document and communicate process changes, participate in transition and standardization initiatives.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with transformation initiatives.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and drive improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
- Proactive, adaptable, and improvement-oriented mindset.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Preffered qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification/experience.
- Proficiency in other European languages (with French, German or Italian strongly preferred).
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Prior exposure to senior management communication.

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
