Role
In this Director, Product Management role, you will:
• Lead and develop a team of product managers responsible for data compliance intake, product assessment, onboarding coordination, exception support, and stakeholder engagement.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for data compliance onboarding, translating organizational priorities and regulatory needs into clear team objectives, processes, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the primary product-facing leader for onboarding to platforms such as My Data, helping teams understand scope, requirements, integration pathways, dependencies, and readiness expectations.
• Direct intake and assessment activities, ensuring requests are evaluated consistently, prioritized using transparent criteria, assigned appropriately, and advanced through defined decision points and handoffs.
• Partner with platform product owners to translate onboarding pain points and customer feedback into product requirements.
• Define, monitor, and report on performance measures for onboarding volume, cycle time, backlog, readiness, exception activity, SLA performance, customer experience, and operational quality.
• Lead continuous-improvement efforts that simplify intake, standardize workflows, reduce manual activity, and strengthen auditability.
• Coordinate across Product, Privacy, Technology, Operations, and regional stakeholders to resolve blockers, align priorities, and ensure high-risk or time-sensitive onboarding work receives appropriate attention.
• Create and maintain operating procedures, training materials, communications, and stakeholder guidance that make onboarding expectations and responsibilities clear.
• Represent the needs of Product teams and data-rights requesters in platform and operating-model discussions, balancing customer experience, compliance obligations, risk, and capacity.

• Demonstrate success simplifying complex processes, establishing repeatable operating models, and using automation or low-code tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Communicate complex product, technical, privacy, and operational issues clearly to senior leaders, product teams, and non-technical audiences.
• Show strong ownership, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to lead through ambiguity, competing priorities, escalations, and enterprise change.
