Responsibilities πŸ€“

- Design the stack: help clients choose between packaged CDPs, composable CDPs and a lakehouse-native approach, and explain the trade-offs in plain terms: cost, time to value, identity, governance and lock-in.

- Build it: configure and integrate CDPs (Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud), composable tools (Hightouch, Census, Amperity) and activation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).

- Set up identity resolution, audiences, consent, event tracking and reverse ETL.

- Connect it to the data foundation: work with our data engineers and ML experts to model customer data in Databricks or other cloud platforms, feed it to activation tools, and close the loop with campaign results.

- Run it at scale: define how these platforms operate in production, including data quality, monitoring, cost control, governance and the team workflows around them.

- Bring AI into activation: put our propensity, LTV, churn and next-best-action models to work inside real journeys and campaigns.

- Shape what we sell: join discovery calls, scope projects, write proposals, and help us turn repeat work into reusable accelerators and offerings.

Required Skills πŸ’»

- 5+ years in MarTech or customer data, in a consultancy, agency, vendor professional services team, or an in-house marketing technology role.

- Hands-on depth in at least one tool from each layer: a packaged CDP (Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Tealium), a composable CDP or reverse ETL tool (Hightouch, Census, Amperity), and an activation platform (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Klaviyo).

- A real point of view on the landscape: you can tell a client when a packaged CDP is the right call and when it isn't, and back it up with projects you have delivered.

- Solid data fundamentals: you write SQL, understand data modeling, identity resolution, event schemas and APIs, and you are comfortable working in a lakehouse or cloud data warehouse.

- Production experience: you have run these platforms at scale, with millions of profiles, many channels, and real consent and privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA, local LATAM laws).

- Client presence: you explain technical trade-offs to a CMO and a CTO in the same meeting.

- Professional English, written and spoken. Most of our work is documented in writing and many clients are in the US.

Nice to have πŸ’»

- Hands-on work with Databricks, especially as the customer data foundation behind activation tools.

- Certifications in Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Hightouch.

- Experience with paid media data: audience syncs to Google and Meta, conversion APIs, clean rooms, retail media.

- Exposure to measurement: attribution, marketing mix models, incrementality tests.

- Experience in retail, e-commerce or financial services.
