Region NCE and Global Offshore > Global Offshore > Technical Support and Quality

Join our collaborative team of approximately 100 employees at the One Tool Offshore warehouse in Esbjerg. We are a global supplier of construction and service tools, ensuring timely coordination of tool supplies for upcoming site operations.
As a 1st Line Technical Support, your primary tasks are ensuring the readiness and provide 1st level troubleshooting support as required. The portfolio of tooling spans from general lifting yokes to full-scale WTG main component installation tooling.

Responsibilities

- Perform advanced root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and control systems

- Evaluate tooling fitness-for-purpose and ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and certification requirements

- Support inspection, maintenance, recertification, and life cycle management of tooling assets and also support development and implementation of tooling standards, maintenance strategies, and governance processes

- Review technical documentation, drawings, risk assessments, and operating procedures

- Provide technical guidance to project teams, offshore personnel, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on operational experience, failure analysis, and lessons learned while also supporting spare parts strategy and critical equipment availability planning

- Coordinate technical investigations involving equipment failures, incidents, and non-conformities as well as coordinate repair and rework activities for offshore tooling and equipment, ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timelines

Qualifications

- Flexible mindset with previous experience in technical support, technical / mechanical background, previous offshore wind experience would be good

- Technical understanding and troubleshooting knowledge on hydraulic / electrical controls systems

- Knowledge of supply chain operations

- Experience from working as WTG technician

- Fluent in English and Danish, both written and verbal

- Drivers license

Additional information

Your primary work location will be Esbjerg, Denmark.
