About the Role

The Net Revenue Management (NRM) Analyst supports the delivery of profitable growth by providing analytical insights, performance tracking, governance, and decision support across the core NRM levers of pricing, price-pack architecture (PPA), promotions, mix management, and trade investment. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Excellence teams to translate data into actionable recommendations, monitor the effectiveness of NRM initiatives, and ensure robust reporting and governance practices. The position plays a critical role in embedding a fact-based "volume-to-value" mindset and enabling the successful execution of the NRM roadmap.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct pricing, promotion, mix, and trade investment analyses to identify growth, margin, and revenue optimisation opportunities.

- Develop and maintain NRM scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting to monitor key business and category trends.

- Support pricing reviews by analysing internal and external benchmarks, competitor activity, consumer value dynamics, and financial impacts.

- Contribute to Price Pack Architecture (PPA) reviews through data analysis, pack-price assessments, and recommendation development.

- Evaluate promotional effectiveness through pre-event planning support and post-event analysis, identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.

- Monitor portfolio and channel mix performance, highlighting risks and opportunities and supporting SKU prioritisation and rationalisation initiatives.

- Support trade investment and Gross-to-Net (G2N) governance through accrual tracking, claims verification, reporting, and compliance monitoring.

- Prepare periodic NRM diagnostics and insight packs for commercial leadership, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.

- Maintain NRM tools, databases, models, SOPs, and governance documentation to ensure data integrity and process consistency.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Teams, and Commercial Excellence stakeholders to provide analytical support for customer, category, and brand planning processes.

- Support annual planning cycles, forecasting processes, and commercial reviews by quantifying the impact of pricing, promotions, mix, and trade spend on business performance.

- Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, automate routine analyses, and improve NRM processes and ways of working.
