What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program , which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world !

What will be your main missions?
We are looking for a Sales Operations & Controlling VIE who will be based in Neurburg, Germany
The mission will last 12 months.
Here are the main responsibilities of this role:
Acquisition
- Support acquisition and RFQ activities for new business opportunities
- Support the preparation of cost calculations, quotations and commercial documentation
- Prepare customer offer presentations and support the preparation of customer meetings
- Contribute to the calculation of prices and margins for all quoted products and services, including part prices, tooling and development costs
Program & Series Business
- Support the preparation and maintenance of product price histories in close cooperation with Product/Program Management, Purchasing, Costing and other relevant functions
- Contribute to the preparation of quotations for product and engineering changes
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations of product changes with the customer
- Support the preparation and negotiation of tooling and development cost quotations
- Participate in change-management rounds, commercial reviews and customer meetings
- Support the calculation and evaluation of the commercial impact of product and engineering changes
- Follow up on open commercial topics in coordination with the responsible Sales Manager
General Sales Support
- Provide operational support to the entire Sales team
- Prepare commercial analyses and management information
- Support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
## Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Good analytical and numerical skills and an interest in pricing, costing and margin analysis
- Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for calculations, data analysis and commercial evaluations
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare structured and professional customer and management presentations
- Good English skills; German is an advantage and customer language
- Master's Degree required
