Job Details
- Dedicated regional dry van operation
- Starting location: St. George, UT
- Delivery territory includes AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NE, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY
- Average pay and mileage depend on routes and freight
- Driver unloads trailers using rollers and climbs in and out of trailers as needed
- Tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers
Shift Details
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- 6:00 AM start time
- Shifts can run up to 14 hours
- Days off vary with freight demands and usually fall on weekdays
- Las Vegas-based drivers: Out for two weeks at a time, followed by three days at home
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Ability to unload freight using rollers and safely climb in and out of trailers
