Internship Global Retail Strategy & Activation Excellence (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern (m/f/d) to join our Global Retail Strategy & Activation Excellence team for a 6-month period starting in January 1, 2027.

What you can expect:
Contribute as an intern to strategic retail projects and ad hoc performance analyses, supporting growth through data-driven insights.
Take ownership of your own work packages within global retail strategy and growth initiatives.
Analyze market, customer, and retail performance data and prepare clear reports and presentations for top management.
Support global retail performance steering by identifying performance gaps and helping to define targeted action plans for markets and stores.
Assist with market and trend research and help plan and execute key retail activations and events, including operational event tasks.
Your profile:
Intern profile: recent graduate or current Master’s student in Business, Economics, or a related field, ideally with prior internship experience in strategy, retail, or consulting.
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and a digital mindset, eager to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
Proactive and independent working style, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Fluency in English; very good German and additional languages are a plus.
Open-minded, collaborative team player, comfortable switching between strategic/analytical tasks and hands-on operational support.
