Key Responsibilities
- 了 Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
- ️ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Read and interpret production orders (size, specifications, color, etc.)
- ️ Operate equipment such as saws, drills, punches, and routers
- Assemble window components, including insulated glass and hardware
- Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Package finished products for shipment
- 易 Identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- 粒 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production orders
- ➕ Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
- ️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- 欄 Strong teamwork, attendance, and reliability
- Quality-focused with a commitment to safety
- Customer-focused mindset and goal-oriented approach
- 里 Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- ️ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
