About this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Document service work, findings, and recommendations accurately
- Communicate with customers and service leadership regarding repairs and equipment status
- Support installation, retrofit, and small project work as needed
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC service preferred (commercial experience preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Local travel within Indiana
- Overtime may be required based on service needs
