Account Management Specialist (Hybrid)
Full time, Italy
As a Program Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the program management team, including but not limited to data gathering of travel industry and client trends. As part of the position, you will need to maintain updates in Salesforce, create presentations, and provide MS Office support. Support and drive, in close collaboration with Operations and Technology teams, client's growth and travel management need with BCD Travel. Prefer candidate to have experience in Travel Operations and Reporting.
What You'll Do
- Prepare internal and client presentations
- Research and gather data/information related to the travel industry and client trends
- Request, gather, and create information for designated or customized reports
- Assist program management team with various types of projects, i.e. implementations
- Input data/information into various systems to support the client program
- Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the management team
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in the travel industry or function (Operations knowledge preferred)
- Knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
- Proficient with the Internet, Windows, and MS Office products; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Customer Service experience

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Italy: 29,000 - 32,000 EUR
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
