What we're looking for
We're interested in the person as much as the experience.
You'll likely have:
• Experience managing social media channels, ideally within a consumer-facing brand.
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit, including how audiences engage and interact across different platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a natural instinct for engaging in online conversations and adapting to a brand's tone of voice.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with experience managing content calendars and multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate, consistent and published to a high standard.
• Confidence managing high volumes of community interaction, responding thoughtfully and knowing when to escalate issues.
• A genuine curiosity about social media culture, with the ability to spot emerging trends, conversations and content opportunities.
• Experience using social publishing and reporting tools, with confidence learning new platforms and systems.
• A collaborative, proactive and calm approach, comfortable working at pace and supporting others to get things done.
You don't need to tick every box. If you're excited about the role and think you could be a great fit, we'd encourage you to apply.
