Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa and South Tulsa. From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean dishes and utensils, ensuring all items are sanitized according to health standards.
- Properly storing clean items.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including floors, sinks, countertops, walls, etc.
- Take out trash and support kitchen staff.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must provide a THD Food Handler.
