DIRECTOR, CYBER SECURITY

RAC is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Director to lead and continuously strengthen our global cybersecurity program. This strategic leadership role is responsible for cybersecurity strategy, security operations, incident response, governance, risk management, compliance, and security awareness across our global operations. The Director will protect RAC’s people, data, systems, cloud environments, and farming operations while driving a culture of security and innovation.

Who Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
- 15+
years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong
expertise in NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, IAM, cloud, network,
and endpoint security.
- Experience
leading incident response, security operations, audits, and compliance
programs.
- Proven
ability to communicate cybersecurity risks and strategies to executive
audiences.
- Experience
in global organizations and agricultural, manufacturing, or operational
technology environments is a plus.
- CISSP,
CISM, CISA, CCSP, or similar certifications preferred.
- Bilingual
English/Spanish preferred.
