Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers (in person and on phone), schedule appointments, utilizing software to complete tasks, and opening and closing facility

Education
High School Diploma

Experience
Requires experience in retail sales with no less than one-year experience in customer service

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality are required. Computer knowledge required and competent in use of cash registers. Must be mature and demonstrate good judgment. Must be honest and trustworthy. Must present a professional image.
