🎯 What Will You Do?
🗣️ Deliver engaging online English lessons to adult learners worldwide.
💻 Use interactive teaching tools and digital platforms.
⚡ Keep lessons fun, focused, and on schedule.
📚 Follow structured lesson materials and review them before class.
✅ Minimum Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree in any field — essential.
📜 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate — essential.
📍 Based in or near Umhlanga, with reliable transport.
📅 Available to work on-site, including weekends.
💻 Strong computer literacy and confidence using online teaching tools.

💰 Remuneration & Benefits
🌙 Night shift allowance: Additional 10% of your basic hourly rate for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.
📅 Sundays: 1.5 times the applicable rate.
🎉 South African public holidays: 2 times the applicable rate.
