Responsibilities:
- Perform trailer sanitation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Move and position equipment throughout the yard safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report major facility repairs or maintenance concerns to management.
- Ensure equipment is parked and stored in designated, safe areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing equipment to identify damage, defects, or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventories and assist with tracking equipment locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of campus facilities.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management skills and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and performing outdoor duties as required.
- Adequate vision to safely inspect, move, and position equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
