Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Chelsea, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their own homes, offering assistance with daily activities and promoting independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement.

- Report any changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors promptly.

- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals and University Home Care Inc.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Requirements

- Previous experience in home care or related caregiving roles is a plus.

- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation may be required.

- Willingness to undergo background checks.
