The SF Tender Management Specialist manages major tender opportunities from end to end, ensuring optimal alignment with the Company and Product Organization's goals. This role serves as a gatekeeper for all Requests for Quotation (RFQs)/Tenders that include sea freight volumes in their work scope and concurrently liaises with Sales and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the global/regional Tender process is followed. This role owns the global/regional tender process and measurably contributes to the successful conversion of Tender opportunities into new business for the company while utilizing product-specific expertise to propose tailor-made solutions to Hellmann's most important customers in an effort to retain and grow the company's share of wallet.
About the Job
- Work Experience: Managing teams of departments of people; Deep knowledge in opportunity / tender / bid management; Experience in a shipping company or Forwarder in the areas of Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, or Inside Sales (Seafreight product experience strongly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SF Pricing and tenders
