- Elaborar de manera adecuada los pedidos de pastelería de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los clientes.
- Elaborar postres controlando las operaciones según el manual de procedimientos. La elaboración estará constituida por la preparación, establecer porciones, guardar en las cámaras con su fecha.
- Envasar, etiquetar y embalar los productos elaborados, asegurando su integridad durante la distribución y comercialización.
- Cumplir estrictamente los requerimientos específicos de cada cliente referentes a la elaboración de sus productos.
- Colaborar en el orden general del sector, cámaras, rotulados de mercadería.
- Velar por la correcta planificación del trabajo asignado, colaborando en tareas relacionadas.
- Realizar diariamente los registros especificados en el parte individual.
