About this role
The People Operations Leader helps ensure that Zelmo's has the people, systems, leadership development and culture necessary to support the business. The role works closely with company leadership, District Leaders, Store Leaders and frontline employees and serves as both a People resource and an organizational problem solver.
This is more than an administrative position. The next People Operations Leader will help steward systems developed over the past several years while also having the opportunity to improve them, challenge them and build what comes next.
