Job Description

We are looking for a Hygiene Operative

- 4 on 4 off Days: 07:00 - 19:00  -  £27,697

This is a fast-paced role where you will be involved in a variety of tasks

To ensure that all Company and Customer hygiene standards are maintained and monitored; in line with the companies systems, policies and procedures.

- Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness in the areas of the warehouse
- Working inside the current Hygiene schedule, ensure that all automated areas are clear of debris at the required interval
- Provide cleaning support to other areas within the warehouse such as Loading Area, Picking Area and Goods Inwards Area
- Ensure that clear communication between shifts, on hygiene issues are relayed to co-workers and duty management team
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is fit for purpose, stored in the correct place and any missing and defective equipment is removed and reported to the duty management team
- Ensure that all risk assessments and safe systems of work are adhered to at all time

Qualifications

Key Skills

- Previous experience working in a chilled/cold warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
