About this role
About the team
The Host Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer to help educate, motivate, and grow Turo’s host community. Reporting to the Host Marketing Manager, you’ll turn campaign briefs into clear project plans, coordinate with Creative and channel owners, and own each campaign to launch across CRM and web. Beyond campaigns, you’ll help strategize, develop, and manage our host-facing blog. You’ll QA all host-facing content, track performance, and summarize results after launch to the rest of the marketing team and company leadership.
We’re looking for someone who jumps in and executes without waiting to be asked and keeps multiple projects on track without losing detail. You’re comfortable running the day-to-day and speaking up when you see a better way to do things. You’re organized, comfortable writing as needed, and enjoy collaborating across Account Management, Creative, Product, and Operations.
What you will do
- Translate campaign briefs and project goals into structured plans with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables
- Build and deploy host-facing campaigns and content across CRM and web, working day-to-day with Creative and channel owners to keep projects on schedule
- Draft and edit host-facing copy, such as emails, blog posts, and landing pages, adapting tone and format to each channel, and partner with a copywriter on larger projects
- QA all host-facing content before launch (links, copy, audience, segmentation, rendering) and maintain a pre-send checklist
- Track campaign performance and compile post-launch summaries on what’s working and what isn’t, recommending improvements to campaigns and processes with a suggested next step
Your profile
- 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, content strategy, or a closely related function; marketplace or B2B experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills, with comfort drafting your own copy or working closely with a copywriter
- Hands-on experience building and sending campaigns in a CRM or marketing automation platform (MoEngage or similar)
- Comfort with project management, content management, and BI tools like Asana, Storyblok, and Domo, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing detail or momentum, with a track record of catching errors before they reach customers
- Analytical curiosity - you read the results, ask why, and apply what you learn to the next campaign
- Collaborative, low-ego approach; you succeed by enabling others and sharing credit
- Demonstrates Turo’s values in your work and team interactions

Turo Recruiting Scam Alert:
We’ve learned that there are scammers targeting job candidates by impersonating Turo and its employees. We ask candidates to be careful of fraudulent job postings or suspicious recruiting activity during their job search, especially if they’re contacted through unofficial channels (such as Instagram, Telegram, MS Teams, etc.). In general, Turo interacts with candidates through our Careers page and via turo.com email addresses, and we don’t ask candidates for sensitive financial or personal info or request money as part of the hiring process (so an application fee or equipment costs). If candidates are not sure whether they’re dealing with an impersonator, they can contact Turo’s Recruiting Team at [email protected] . Candidates can also report suspicious activity to the FTC or other appropriate authorities.
Turo AI Policy:
Turo may use AI-enabled tools to support our recruiting operations, including gathering information from candidates, drafting communications, helping with interview note-taking and assessment, and so on. These tools only supplement our team; all decisions to advance or hire candidates are made by Turo employees. While we welcome candidates to use AI-enabled tools to help prepare for their interviews, the use of such tools, including any AI chatbots or note-takers, is not permitted during live interviews or technical assessments. We want to see how you consider and solve problems in real-time, so interviews and assessments are all you (unless we indicate otherwise and ask you specifically to use an AI-enabled tool to answer a question). If during the application process you require the use of an AI-enabled tool as a reasonable accommodation for a disability, please let us know at [email protected] .
