About this role
Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI) seeks a visionary, transformational, and mission-driven leader to serve as its inaugural Chief Impact Officer (CIO). As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO will play a critical role in shaping the future of SEI by aligning strategy, philanthropy, communications, technology, and organizational learning to maximize outcomes for the youth, families, and communities we serve.
This executive leadership position provides strategic oversight of SEI's Development, Culture & Communications, and Data & Technology Departments, ensuring that the organization's investments, relationships, messaging, innovation, and performance measurement systems work together to advance SEI's mission and long-term strategic goals.
The CIO serves as SEI's chief steward of organizational impact and influence. This leader will cultivate meaningful partnerships with philanthropists, foundations, corporations, government agencies, media outlets, community leaders, and strategic partners while guiding the organization's approach to data, technology, storytelling, and resource development.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO will be a key architect of SEI's 10-Year Strategic Growth Plan, helping to strengthen organizational sustainability, expand community impact, elevate public visibility, and advance innovative solutions that improve outcomes for African-American youth and families.
