Event Setup & Banquet Support Technician

Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Setup & Banquet Support Technician to join our team in Oswego, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event spaces to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup and tear-down of event equipment, including tables, chairs, staging, and audiovisual components

- Maintain organized and clean event spaces before, during, and after events

- Coordinate with event staff to ensure timely and efficient setup and breakdown

- Transport equipment and supplies to and from event locations as needed

- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Drivers License

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as events require

- Reliable transportation to and from the job location in Oswego, NY
