Your Impact
People and AI systems need trusted knowledge to make decisions and get work done. In the roles you may be considered for, you’ll help research, organize, connect, govern, and activate information so it is easier to find, understand, and use.
Assignments may span research, enterprise intelligence, knowledge management, content strategy, information architecture, AI knowledge systems, sales enablement, governance, legal, HR, learning, communications, or transformation—giving you a chance to turn complex information into useful resources and smarter experiences.
What You May Work On

• Improve how knowledge, content, policies, playbooks, and information are structured, governed, shared, and maintained
• Support AI-enabled knowledge systems, enterprise search, content platforms, knowledge repositories, or agent-ready information
• Create resources, communications, learning content, or sales enablement materials that help employees and customers find and apply the right information
• Analyze information flows and partner with teams across security, governance, AI, sales, transformation, legal, HR, and other functions to improve access, usability, consistency, and decision-making
What You’ll Bring
We're seeking students who are energized by solving problems, asking questions, and continuously learning.
Successful candidates often demonstrate:
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Curiosity and a desire to explore, research, and understand complex topics
• Ability to synthesize information and identify what is most relevant for different audiences
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment
• Comfort learning new technologies, information platforms, and AI-enabled tools
• Collaboration, stakeholder engagement, initiative, adaptability, and a growth mindset
Prior experience with research, writing, content management, knowledge systems, information architecture, policy, learning resources, communications, AI tools, or documentation will be especially beneficial to candidates in this pathway.
Education & Eligibility
You must be enrolled at an accredited college or university at the time of the internship. We primarily seek rising seniors graduating between August 2027 and June 2028; students graduating in 2029 may also be considered.
