# How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides assessment, counseling, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups across various care settings. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment, improve outcomes, and promote mental health and well-being.


The Licensed Mental Health Therapist

- Provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, families, and groups.
- Conducts initial evaluations and provides short-term and ongoing treatment.
- Performs diagnostic psychosocial assessments and develops appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintains accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Develops and manages schedules to support patient care and clinic operations.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Provides education, presentations, and clinical supervision as appropriate within area of expertise.
- Supports a therapeutic environment that promotes patient satisfaction and quality care.
- Participates in professional development and continuing education activities.
- Promotes service excellence and demonstrates respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions.
- Supports organizational mission, vision, and values and complies with all policies and ethical standards.



# What We Require:

Education: Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) required.

Compensation Range:
$57,616.00 - $86,424.00
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
