Cash Accountant - North America

As a Cash Accountant you will support with unapplied cash reconciliations, refunds and other general ledger reconciliation activities

Your role:

- Daily reconciliation of the prepayment cash general ledger with large transaction volume and Accounts Receivable customer accounts.
- Coordinating with financial business partners, collections, cash applications and Record to Report
- Development opportunities within Accounts Receivable/Credit & Collections process improvement by identifying root cause problems, processes gaps, and provide continuous improvements solutions.
- Responsible for handling refund processes through data compilation, approval request and return process to client.

You're the right fit if:

- High School Diploma, Vocational Education/Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analysis or equivalent.
- You have 2+ years of experience in Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
- You are knowledgeable in SAP, Excel (Pivot Tables, Data visualization and manipulation).
- You are a highly responsible, customer service-oriented individual who excels in teamwork, demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships, exhibits initiative, and is a fast learner.  You are able to efficiently communicate in the English languate.
- May be required to work overtime and/or during Panamanian holidays, based on business &/or departmental needs.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
