We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control & Follow-Up Coordinator to manage client satisfaction, email communications, questionnaire responses, and issue follow-up.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data using a PC and input Email Responses from our questionnaire.
- Send bulk emails to consignees.
- Organize questionnaire responses.
- Review submitted information for completeness and accuracy.
- Once reviewed, forward identified issues to the appropriate responsible parties.
- Track follow-up activities and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using a computer and standard office software.
- Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-up tasks independently.
- Previous administrative, quality control, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Available Monday–Wednesday, with flexible hours between 8 AM and 4 PM.
