THE JOB

The Senior Product Manager will own product strategy and roadmap execution for a defined area within Promoted Ads, Ticketmaster's proprietary advertising platform. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will lead annual and quarterly planning for your area, define and drive product strategy, and identify where AI can create differentiated value within your domain. You'll operate with significant autonomy in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market stakeholders to ship high-value features for Ticketmaster's B2B advertisers. This is a senior, high-trust role for a product leader who is comfortable defining scope rather than waiting for it to be handed to them.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

- Own and deliver the roadmap for your area within Promoted Ads, moving area-level KPIs and aligning core cross-functional partners around shared outcomes
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for your area — mapping critical path, surfacing dependencies, and committing to measurable goals
- Define and drive product strategy for your area, setting crisp choices and success criteria aligned to broader company priorities
- Lead structured qualitative and quantitative discovery, triangulating fan, client, and market signals to inform roadmap decisions
- Define domain AI opportunities within your area, connecting capabilities like recommendations, classification, and automation across relevant surfaces
- Navigate complex, often ambiguous problem spaces, making well-reasoned decisions with minimal guidance
- Resolve cross-team risks and make explicit trade-offs — balancing fan experience, client needs, and technical constraints — to land launches cleanly
- Plan for scale, intentionally addressing usability and technical debt rather than letting them accumulate
- Build and maintain a strong grasp of Ticketmaster's systems and standards, ensuring your roadmap strengthens core platform capabilities
- Serve as the go-to voice for key product decisions in your area, creating clarity in ambiguity and accelerating your team's decision-making
- Introduce documentation patterns (templates, checklists, decision logs) that your team and cross-functional partners adopt
- Drive clarity across teams and write compelling strategy memos for senior stakeholders, adapting your communication approach to the audience

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

- 7+ years of product management experience, including meaningful, hands-on time in both adtech and B2B SaaS environments (required)
- Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap with measurable, area-level impact; comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance
- Proven experience leading planning cycles — both quarterly and annual — including dependency mapping and cross-team alignment
- Strong track record setting and communicating product strategy, with the judgment to make and defend crisp trade-offs
- Experience identifying and scoping AI/ML-driven product opportunities, partnering effectively with Data Science/ML teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to flex communication style across technical, cross-functional, and executive audiences
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving environment where scope may shift based on evolving business priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience in ticketing, live events, or marketplace/advertising platforms
- Bonus: experience partnering with Data Science/ML teams on recommendation, classification, or automation features
